With our online Jubitz Reserved Paid Parking system, experience peace of mind and a guaranteed parking space no matter what time you arrive at Jubitz.
Semi-Truck parking at a site with on-site staff reduces the risk of theft, damage, liability, and vandalism. A variety of parking space lengths are available to accommodate a range of semi sizes Security cameras, gated access that requires a personalized code, and fenced-in parking areas provide additional security.
Trailer drops are not permitted for these spaces. These spaces are available for semi-trucks only.

ParkMobile
To begin reserving your spot, create a ParkMobile account. As part of the account creation process, your truck license plate is a required field. The truck license plate provided to ParkMobile must match the license plate of the truck parked in the Reserved Paid Truck Parking spaces.
Visit the ParkMobile website to get started and reserve your spot at Jubitz. To begin your reservation process, set the “arrive time' to 4:00pm.
When You Arrive
When you enter the Jubitz truck parking lot, turn left for the reserved parking section, located conveniently close to all amenities.
Once you have identified an open reserved spot, please move the pyramid sign to the side, park your truck, and move the pyramid sign in front of your truck or to where additional signs are located.
If you need assistance moving the pyramid sign, please pull into the 15-minute parking area and see a fuel desk attendant.
Are all parking spaces at Jubitz reserved?
No, just a small portion of parking spaces at Jubitz are reserved. The majority of parking at Jubitz is still free and first come, first serve.
Why did Jubitz start offering reserved spaces?
We have heard many times that drivers are frustrated by searching for parking. While Jubitz has the largest truck parking in the Northwest, it usually fills up. With reserved parking, your space will be waiting for you no matter what time you arrive at Jubitz.
How do I make a reservation?
All reservations are done through Parkmobile on their website.
Click the “Search by Address, City or State” field and update arrival time to “Arrive after 4:00 PM,” then search.
Select the “Reserve. Park Here!” button.
Create your ParkMobile account or login.
Add your vehicle and payment method and checkout.
Can I reserve a space by calling, emailing, or in any other way besides using ParkMobile?
No, Jubitz only reserves parking spaces through ParkMobile. Otherwise, you can access our free or paid parking spots when you arrive at Jubitz.
How much does a reserved parking spot cost?
A reserved parking spot costs $15 per night.
How long can I make a reservation for?
Reservations are for one day, from 4 PM to 3 PM the following day.
When is check-in and check-out?
You can check-in anytime after 4 PM. Check-out time is 3 PM the following day.
Where are reserved parking spots located?
When you enter the Jubitz truck parking lot, turn left for the reserved parking section, located conveniently close to all amenities.
Can I drop a trailer in my reserved spot?
Dropping trailers is not permitted in reserved spots. If you need to drop a trailer, you can go to the fuel desk at the Driver Services Station to inquire about extended parking spots.
What payment methods can I use to reserve a parking spot?
ParkMobile only accepts regular credit cards. They cannot process AMBEST redemptions or fleet cards to pay for reservations.

No, our reserved parking is only available to customers who have reserved that spot through ParkMobile, but you are welcome to reserve the spot through ParkMobile and then park there.
I don’t have a reservation, but my drive time is up and I’ve already parked in a reserved spot. Can I just stay there?
No. ELD regulations allow a driver to move their truck under the personal conveyance exception, which allows for you to find either one of our free spots open in our lot, or to move to one of our paid parking spots, rather than a reserved spot.

I reserved a spot but didn’t make it to Jubitz. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for unused reservations. This is also applicable if you made a reservation for longer than you are able to stay.
What kinds of vehicles can park in a reserved parking spot?
Reserved parking spots are available for semi-trucks only. Cars, RVs and other vehicles are not permitted. The license plate on the truck must match the one submitted to ParkMobile.

What will happen if I leave my vehicle in a reserved spot without a reservation?
Vehicles left without proper reservations or remaining in parking spaces after expiration of time may be impounded or towed away with or without notification, at the customer’s expense. Jubitz accepts no responsibility to protect, physically accept or redeliver the truck or its contents to the driver.

Who is responsible for my truck and its contents?
You are solely responsible for your truck and its contents when parked at Jubitz. In no event shall Jubitz Corporation be responsible for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, to your equipment, property or cargo while parked on Jubitz premises, whether caused by a third party or by any condition of Jubitz’ premises. Jubitz makes no representation or warranty as to the security or safety of your property while on Jubitz premises.
